The Problem

Ro had built two separate brands that no longer reflected where Grow Talent was heading. The logo felt dated, the digital presence had stalled, and she was ready to enter new markets.

    Ro's personal brand and Grow Talent operated as separate identities. They needed to become one cohesive brand that could carry both.

    The existing logo no longer felt representative of Ro or scalable across the surfaces she needed. A new mark was required.

    Social media, website, and newsletters had not been updated in some time. The brand was not keeping pace with the business.

The Solution

A brand built on the building block concept: the letter G sliced into different paths that represent the routes Grow Talent helps clients navigate. Playful and professional in equal measure.

  • Discovery

    Discovery meeting to understand Ro's co-creation philosophy, target clients, and the brand personality required across individual and corporate audiences.

  • Concept Presentation

    Three concepts presented and reviewed. Feedback gathered. Direction selected from the three options presented.

  • Refinements

    Selected concept refined and finalised based on Ro's feedback. Tested across digital and print applications.

  • Finalisation and Tutorial

    Brand guidelines document produced. Tutorial session run to walk Ro through using the guide and files independently going forward.

    Designed and built a new multi-page website on the refreshed identity, spanning services, books, research, and a resource centre for Ro’s wider body of work.

  • Content & Copy

    Handled content strategy and copywriting end to end, translating Ro’s coaching philosophy into clear, credible language for both individual and corporate audiences.

  • Built to Grow

    Structured the site so Ro can add books, research, and resources herself, with lead capture and newsletter signup built in to keep the brand active.

A new logo, brand guidelines, and a brand-new website. Workshops now bookable online, and Ro has published another book since the engagement completed.
