Liberty Flexible Workspaces offers premium, flexible offices that impress in person. Their website did the opposite: a circular booking journey left visitors going in circles, location pages missed the details that drive a decision, and broken analytics meant real bookings could not even be measured. A beautiful product was being let down by the site meant to sell it.

The Office RnD booking system integrated directly into the site. Users complete bookings without being sent to an external platform.

The Outcome
Nine months post-launch: form submissions up 25.5%, Office RnD bookings trackable for the first time, and qualified leads replacing inaccurate reporting.

Conversion Tracking
The previous agency counted landing page views and similar interactions as conversions. They were not. We rebuilt tracking to measure only real conversions: form fills, bookings, phone calls, and click-to-email. Liberty now knows its true CPA and ROI.

Office RnD bookings were unmeasurable before the redevelopment. Now fully tracked end-to-end, giving Liberty accurate attribution for the first time.

Engagement rate improved from 41.52% to 64.03%. Bounce rate fell from 60.9% to 35.97%. Organic search engagement rate exceeded 70%.

Total sessions are down on the prior year. This is deliberate: paid media shifted from broad reach to high-intent search. Fewer visitors, more of the right ones.
